Document Services provides any printed piece ranging from business cards, stationery, and forms to elaborate multi-color publications. There is no printing request that cannot be handled. We take pride in the fact that we have won many national printing awards for excellence and quality of printing.

Personal Customer Service
In order to better serve our customers, you have been assigned a personal customer service representative to assist with all of your printing needs. Call your representative whenever you have a printing question. Your representative will monitor all of your jobs as they are processed through our facility. We believe that this method of providing customer service will provide you with maximum quality, the fastest turnaround time, and the lowest cost for your printing needs. Network Accessibility
Document Services has the ability to receive your electronic files directly through the University's fiber optic network. Files may be sent electronically either as an e-mail attachment to iuprint@indiana.edu or to our file server (BL-PRIN-IUPSERV). See the file transfer instructions for more information.

IU's Integrated Image
The Integrated Image Program was initiated by the Trustees of Indiana University to help establish a unified, flexible set of standards and guidelines that enable all IU campuses, schools, and departments to contribute to and benefit from a cohesive identity system. Please contact the Office of Creative Services via phone at 855-5121 or send Email to ocs@indiana.edu  to obtain your departmental “signature” file for the new IU stationery or with any questions regarding university graphic standards.
